Seductive Secrets

Seductive Secrets

The jacket, top and pants, called “End of the Sky,” will be released tomorrow by LivGlam as part of Secret Wednesday. The outfit and other looks are available in the mainstore and at 100L or less. This is an opportunity to get exquisite detail and high quality for a reasonable price. There is no way you won’t look like a star. There are four patterns (two animal and two graphic) to choose from for the top and it can be changed by using the enclosed HUD. Stop by the store to view the options. “End of the Sky” is the type of outfit you would see in a glossy magazine spread.

The rabbit embellishment on my jacket is actually a collar tip which is best worn with a button-up shirt. The chain detail goes well with the punk rock vibe of the whole outfit. I added the rabbit ring for good measure. The only piece not shown of the jewelry collection is the necklace, which has three rabbits in all. You can pick this up as a new release at the Pixicat store. The ring is my favorite because it fits my mesh hands. It’s been a challenge for me to find any rings that naturally go on them, so I’m super pleased with what Pixicat has created.

Time to Blossom

Life is chaotic right now, so I felt the need to create a serene image. The coat and top underneath are the Womanizer outfit from LivGlam. It’s part of the Red Label collection. Now, in the recent past I have featured other items from their Red Label collection, but I want to mention again that these pieces are custom mesh made available to only a select number of designers. It means you are less likely to see the same designs from other stores in the grid.

As always, I wanted that extra pop of color so I complimented it with the bright necklace of Pure Poison, their most recent group gift. On another note, make sure to check out the 50% off sale happening at the main store right now!

Like a Walk through Europe

Like a Walk through Europe

Fitted mesh is amazing – I can’t get enough of it! For this week’s Steals and Deals from LivGlam, their outfit “I Will be There” comes with the usual standard sizing items (sweater and pants combo) but there is an additional fitted mesh option for those who have a viewer with the feature enabled. Let me tell you – it definitely frees up the ol’ inventory. I wanted to highlight the back of the sweater for this image because the silk ties are an exquisite touch. The front of the sweater is covered in white and gray sequins so it’s gorgeous from any direction. For a pop of color I wore the coral earrings from Pure Poison which are one of the newest group gifts. The detail on them is stellar. They’re a classy match for any outfit and can take something casual to the next level.

Is This the Fountain of Youth?

Is This the Fountain of Youth?

Weekends are a great time at LivGlam. I’m wearing a version of their “I Call Your Name” outfit, which comes with jeans, tank top and cropped jacket. It’s a great way to mix and match and only costs 60L. One of the wonderful things about LivGlam is their HUD system. It stores every size of the clothing items which you can rezz into your inventory as needed. Once you’re done wearing the outfit, you can delete the separate pieces but by keeping the HUD, you have them forever with no need to take up space! This is one of the greatest inventions ever. I’d probably be close to 100k items without it 😛

Once Upon a Time…

Once Upon a Time...

LivGlam released this gorgeous “Love Story Gown” yesterday for Fi*Friday. The event will likely last for several more days to give people enough time to buy the item. 55L is a true deal. The gown comes in five other colors in addition to the green pictured here. I wanted to show it for it’s exquisite front detail and draping. The gown makes me think of a medieval legend, which is why I feature an old church in the background. Back in those days it’s probably the type of dress a woman might have worn to her wedding, since they definitely didn’t have the white dress tradition that many Western countries have these days. My hope is that this image is emotive – my attempt was for my avi to look blissful and sweet as if experiencing a first young love.

Attending a Fashion Show

Yesterday I attended the Style Icon Fashion show at Legal Insanity. LivGlam was featured as a main brand, so this is the outfit that I decided to wear there. It’s a red label new release (which means it’s semi-exclusive mesh that was made custom for only a few designers) which can be found at their mainstore. I especially love the drape of the pants. The whole outfit is a combination of menswear and feminine details, which is very much my real life style. The top comes in four patterns, two of them look like animal print.
