For this entry I had fun playing with windlights. It’s a treat for me to show off the awesome Lia Bento Head from Vista Animations. The range of facial expressions and emotions that come with it is comprehensive and the included HUD allows you to pause the expression if you want to use it for a photo. The lines and texture of the face look particularly great in photos. I used a free shape from Denver’s Shapes and modded it to look the way I wanted. I’m also wearing a skin from 7 Deadly Skins which is currently the November group gift. Today is the last day to get it! What makes me particularly happy is that the skin and makeup layers of the head are omega enabled, which I haven’t had with my previous heads. What do you think: should I make this my regular look from now on? I’m definitely thinking seriously about it.
I decided to show you the chic outfit available from D.E. Boutique at the Instruments. There are a variety of colors and patterns, but I chose the more sedate of the ones available. However, I urge you to never be afraid of color! Deborah has a very nice design aesthetic and chooses great prints for all the items she creates. This is the last week for the event, so be sure to hurry as the July round finishes.

Hope you enjoy this interstellar photo! In some very important news, Machoire is now making skins. There are two available in fantasy patterns. Below the cut you will find credits and a close-up shot of the accessories I’m wearing from L&E, the eye pieces from Katat0nik and the skin detail.
Short post for today. I am in love with this head piece from Wicca’s Wardrobe. There is also a dress that you will find at The Instruments. Also, this necklace was sent to me a few days ago by Machoire. It’s another dramatic piece, which as you can see covers my chin. I think it would make a cool accessory for your next avant garde outfit.
Something about this dress makes me feel like a snow princess. Pictured are two out of the three lovely offerings from Lassitude & Ennui at The Secret Affair. The sleeves and gown come separately so you can wear them with the gown or add them to another outfit (which could come in handy for mix and match looks or style challenges, hint hint). I wanted to highlight these items in particular because I am always stunned by the fantasy items created by L&E. Since the image was somewhat monochromatic, I decided to spice it up by wearing a make-up set from MUA. By the way, this photo was taken at the sim which will hold the Miss Royalty Pageant auditions and runway challenges. If you are a fashionista and have ever thought about being in a pageant, it is a great way to show your personality and innovative style. I’d encourage you to check out the facebook page and throw your hat in the ring for the February auditions.
